Cancel from Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep everything on your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for; it simply doesn't renew. As soon as you confirm, Billing shows "Cancels
Resume any time before that date with the Resume button on Billing. Nothing extra is charged.
Refunds on Pro and Agency. 14-day refund if no quiz has been published. Reply to any of our emails within 14 days of paying, before you publish a quiz, and we refund it. See our Terms.
Starter (existing accounts). Accounts already on Starter keep their plan and its terms. The 7-day money-back guarantee still applies to a Starter payment. The $1 trial fee is not refunded.

While a subscription is still set to renew it keeps a card on file, so that card can't be removed until you add another one or schedule the cancellation. See Payment methods and receipts.
