Your card is stored by FloPay, our payment provider. QuizFly never sees or stores your card number.
Add or change a card: card changes are temporarily unavailable while a payment-platform update completes. Your card is saved the first time you buy something — you'll enter it at checkout.
Why your card shows on buttons. Once a card is saved, top-up buttons read "Buy 5,000 smart screens — $10 · Amex ··1033" so you can see exactly what one tap will charge. Remove the card and the same button opens the normal checkout instead.
If the payment form does not load: use Try again. In the Facebook, Instagram or TikTok app, choose Open in browser or paste the link into Chrome or Safari. PayPal and Google Pay are on the same form. Still stuck? Email support@quizfly.ai.
Remove a card: use Remove beside the card in Payment methods. Removal is blocked while that card is paying for a subscription, so first make a purchase with a different card. Your subscription is charged to whichever card you have on file; if you add a new card, renewals use it automatically.
Receipts are under Payments on Billing — every payment has a Receipt link that opens the FloPay invoice you can save or print. A dash means the provider has no invoice for that line.
On your bank statement the payment appears as CLICKTECH HUB. QuizFly is a product of ClickTech Solutions Ltd, so that's the name your card will show.

Automatic top-ups use the same card. One switch and one monthly cap cover all packs — 100 leads for $5 and 5,000 smart screens for $10. See Auto top-up.
Pro and Agency receipts. Pro payments arrive as "Your QuizFly Pro receipt" and Agency payments as "Your QuizFly Agency receipt", sent to the email on your account.
