Cancelling. Cancel any time in Billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing switches off early.
When the period ends. Your account moves to Not started:
- Live quizzes pause. They go back to draft with their links kept.
- Your quizzes, questions, results, emails and leads are kept. Nothing is deleted.
- New leads are not collected while the account is Not started.
Starting again. Choose a plan in Billing. Once the payment goes through you can publish your quizzes again straight away.
We also email you when your plan ends, with a link to start again.
